Lean Total Process Management (Lean TPM)
The Total Process Management (Lean TPM) System
TPM-Element: Lean TPM in Environment, Security and Health
According to the philosophy of Lean TPM, one can say that every accident is avoidable. The aim of this pillar is thusly to allow no accidents in the company to happen. Key performance indicators are also needed here, which i.e. the economic effects of industrial accidents show. Built on the existing systems, target-aimed improvement activities will be started. To maintain this highly-aimed goal over a long period of time, a very accurate analysis of all present and potential accident sources must be made. Interdisciplinary enhancement-teams using the CIP tools will work to achieve a visible improvement.
Just like the occupational safety, the environmental protection is subjected to strong legal constraints. These minimum requirements are to be naturally carried out. In environmental protection, key performance indicators / cost factors like i.e. emission, waste disposal, etc. stand in special focus.
