Lean Total Process Management (Lean TPM)
The Total Process Management (Lean TPM) System
TPM Element: Qualification and Leadership
The pillar “Qualification and Leadership” is used for the target-aimed qualification of all employees in the company. Depending on the requirements of the process, and the function of the employee in the organization, individual quality plans will be made and can be visualized in a quality matrix. The internal trainer / process tutor will, with the help of the leaders of the pertinent pillars, develop their own training materials for the various methods and tools. The qualification reaches from several days seminars, through to Practice Workshops, up to theme-related short schooling (One-Point-Lessons) and external schooling.

A manometer shows the pressure within a pressure system compared to the environmental pressure as „BAR“. The system contains hydraulic oil, lubricating oil or compressed air as active fluid medium.
Whilst operating, the pressure of the machine must be within the green area.
Too high or too low pressure within the red area may result in causing severe problems with the facility!
