Lean Total Productive Management requires a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of problems in company processes. The TPM Toolset assists you when managing the implementation actions, and when controlling the results.
The concept of “continuous improvement program” (eng: CIP / de: KVP / jap: Kaizen) is based upon the assessment, adherence, and continuous improvement of standards, as well as the elimination of waste. The TPM-Philosophy includes a multitude of independent methods and tools, e.g.: Just-In-Time, Value Stream Mapping, Total Quality Management, structured techniques for problem-solving and more tools.
TPM is understood as a comprehensive program for a lasting elimination of all losses in the production and service processes. Losses are all processes in which there are no adding value elements. In TPM therefore, the identification, exposition, and analysis of all basic problems play a fundamental part.
TTS-Function: Problem- Data management
